I never back into a spot. Almost never. There’s people at my gym who do exactly this & need to take 4-5 runs at it. It is MUCH easier to back out of a spot, than it is to back in. Fight about it in the mentions. One question / one follow-up only.

@TheUltimator5 Not even that, I think you could dump shares October 3 and still receive warrants, I even sold some premarket on Oct 3 and will still receive warrants on those I think.

I completely missed that to receive $GME warrants, you only had to hold shares as of the close on the record date (03 Oct). Derivative contracts are likely pricing in the warrants as a fraction of their total GME market cap calculations so right after record date, it is beneficial for institutions to dump their shares before warrant delivery then buy back after pricing is adjusted.

@trissk3 if they have massing board presence + stone brain your win con you might lose but that's rare because when they reach massive board presence most of the time they can combo kill you, adding 2nd wincon would alleviate it but practice single win con, it's good learning tool

@RaestMTG can we win without fae of wishes? unmoored ego is pretty dead but already hearing people talk about stone braining fae. several devotion lists and more fair decks have them in board. i feel like for the rc in an open decklist environment i'd want at least one other win con 1/2

@trissk3 I can beat mono green in most cases if they have some creatures and stone brained your fae and then you were allowed to go off, just deploy your creatures kill everything boseiju/charm everything relevant pass with lier otawara + interaction and keep attacking

@RockbertoBerbes @fireshoes I board it in vs rb aggro but remain conscious of it's presence in the sb in other matchups/preboard (because I play 2x nine lives main, if you have nine lives on the battlefield 7mana fae/9mana dp = solemnity)

@RaestMTG @fireshoes Contratz on the top. In games where you want to play solemnity do you board it in or do you fetch it with fae?

@Marco_MH_MTG @fireshoes proctors are better value cards and mana in that build is better as it lets you t3 cast 1ww spells without lotus, so you can trim some bad cards vs rb aggro (some strings for example)

@Miquel__bosch @fireshoes Never cast it but it is dazzling in my imagination, seriously though I think it would be great, had it yesterday in hand vs rb aggro but kept risky 1 landers and never hit 2nd land, it is 10 life point swing vs simple single pump attack, ~20+ life swing vs big bird/heartfire hero

@giovanpic_gion @fireshoes I wanted to have 2 dp for 3 virtual solemnity (to finish lock) and for path of peril, for rc open decklists you probably could use 2nd win con but online I am not too worried, can win without it and I have plot armor of playing 2nd win con before
