No, I did not feel the need to mention it in the description since the base has no shading and all the examples have no shading. I like to believe we live in a world where where common sense exists. (But it was mentioned in messages.) The money was split in 3 payments along 3 months, if she requested a refund, I had the money to refund, I always do, but because of medical issues I was lower on funds and had to have extra on hand for emergencies. (I work my ass off to make sure I don’t get to a point where I wouldn’t be able to even refund an order)

@muritzuki Sometimes stuff like this happens, don't think of yourself or your work any less! Common sense.. although we assume it is normal for people to have unfortunately that isn't the case most of the time. It is always good to over explain yourself and have these things listed 1/?

@muritzuki That being said 1 star reviews are not the end of the world. You can listen, improve, understand & move on. You will unfortunately not be able to make everyone happy 100% of the time. My one suggestion is to not go above and beyond in cases like this. Sometimes it is not worth it

@muritzuki I feel like this is a miscommunication on both parts - I read your YCH listing and it does not state anything about shading (unless I can't find it) I understand using the money, but it is always recommended to keep it on hand to refund clients when they are asking too much.

@Miaelou_VT The fact you are unwilling to hear anyone out regarding this makes you seem very parasocial. This could have also been a private DM, you are at this point drama farming - things can be sorted out privately.
