Only champ to lose 500% of his dmg from lvl 1-6 from base DMG nerfs.
Not even taking into account E DMG amp nerf, E duration, AD Ratio nerfs or Tabis nerfing pet DMG.

@Paulbagnot yeah I still feel these last things are way more important things than the vibes of the region. Like, the johto mithos and legendary lore are definitly top tier, but I can't really enjoy these while wanting to kms while actually playing

Quando eu tava no meu primero estágio, um dos meus chefes era um Alemão gente boa pra caralho. Na época tinha acabado de sair a tal da Nota Fiscal Paulista, e a gente foi almoçar numa churrascaria a quilo ali na Vila Mariana. Na hora de pagar perguntaram o CPF dele pra por na Nota Fiscal Paulista e ele negou. Minha cabeça bugou completamente. Na época, o cash back da prefeitura era violentíssimo, valia muito à pena. Aí eu perguntei pra ele: “e aí Stefan, porque que tu não passa o CPF pô”. Ele: “Ah, porque eu sou alemão, alemão não fica passado os dados pro governo pra eles saberem onde eu almoço ou o que eu compro”. Eu achei meio estranho, mas pensei que cada povo com as suas manias né. Ainda assim, fiquei curioso e perguntei o porquê. “Ué, por causa do nazismo.” “Hã? Como assim?” “Quando Hitler tomou o poder a primeira coisa que ele fez foi ir atrás dos inimigos. Os judeus que o estado não sabia que eram judeus tiveram a chance de fugir.” Os caras são desconfiados ATÉ HOJE porque quem liberava tudo pro estado lá atrás se fudeu big time. E quer saber? Estão certos. Mesmo que você confie no nosso governo atual, você confia no que estará aqui daqui a 10 anos? Infelizmente eu acho que esse bonde de manter a própria privacidade já passou. Mas não é por isso que é sábio abrir a perna pra tudo.
