Whatever image/video they see of the mission they instantly call it fake, AI, CGI and whatnot. Then they see obvious AI images of a rocket balloon and take it as solid proof with zero questions. Oh, the stupidity.

But you should have removed the brown/orange part on the left booster in order to pretend you compared it with official photos.

If you zoom in on the Artemis image of the globe earth, you won't see a single one of the thousands of satellites which are supposedly orbiting the earth as we speak. FAKE!
