@CristiVlad25 I'd love to see where you got the "many pentesters are being replaced with AI" stats from. I might be biassed because I work as a pentester myself but so far I haven't heard about any.

This is why many pentesters are being replaced by AI any time now.
"ARTEMIS demonstrated technical sophistication and submission quality comparable to the strongest participants.
We observe that AI agents offer advantages in systematic enumeration, parallel exploitation, and cost—certain ARTEMIS variants cost $18/hour versus $60/hour for professional penetration testers."
And ARTEMIS is subpar compared to the potential I see in claude code, codex or CAI by @AliasRobotics.

Who does the #DEFCON photo/video policy apply to? As press this year, I was told explicitly that photos and videos were not allowed unless permission was sought from everyone in the shot.
This is what I understood the policy to be for everyone for years.
Now I understand that enforcing this policy is practically impossible, but you'd expect DEF CON officials to abide by it.
Yet the official DEF CON YouTube channel has multiple interviews where loads of regular attendees can be seen walking in the background: @DEFCONConference" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@DEFCONConfere…
I very much doubt that all those people were asked for permission. So were these interviews violating the policy, and if so, why?
