I’ve followed Kali Muscle for many years. He was much more muscular than this, thanks to a lifetime of lifting iron, eating a lot of protein, and taking anabolic steroids. He had a heart attack (two) and changed his diet. As such, in this clip he is a much smaller version of himself, he’s clearly lost a lot of muscle mass precisely due to his dietary shift.
