The Dominos one is true. But the Shopping Cart thing isn't true -- Kroger's isn't losing money because you left your shopping cart out so someone else had to move it. You return it so that yes, the workers can collect them faster, but that small price to pay of a few extra steps in your day has measurable improvements - Lack of hitting the car with the cart, easier for the workers to return the carts to the vestibule, thus giving you a better chance of having a cart waiting for you at the entryway. I LOVE this type of conversation but I'm going to feign shaming you all the way on this, Rahhmi.

@RahhmiPoofs @MWileyBlackburn It’s also a fine line to balance the perils and physics of realistic space travel/combat with budget limitations and with keeping things cinematic and dramatic. With the speeds and distances involved, most TREK combat skews toward dramatic, rather than realistic.
