@JioCare @JioCare in any case, there should be a direct way that customer can manually update things on a ticket. Customers shouldn't wait for hours to get on a call with customer care, or search through entire MyJio app to find a small button for their usecase.

@JioCare After waiting for so many days, I just got a call from some one saying they are closing the ticket, it should have been a ONT shifting request, not a relocation request. I clearly mentioned in the tweet that I want to shift wishin the same house. And you misguided me.

They should really work on this. If you're automating things, keep all the options in a well structured way. Been struggling since morning to request for shifting JioFibre (within same house), no luck so far. They still keep you moving from one place to another @JioCare

@JioCare I raised the ticket on 7th Dec, it showed Assigned status for 8th Dec. And since then it is getting rescheduled everyday. Today it is showing assigned for tomorrow, but I somehow fear it will get rescheduled again. Can you tell me why it is taking so much time?

@krishnaaswin77 These levels are mostly related to ownership of the product and expectations from you. In absolute terms, yes, workload will be more. But you're expectated to do that in same time. Btw SWE III level at Google is equivalent to SDE 2 at Amazon, Microsoft.
