@n8radcliffe Agree I almost never see this affecting acuity and patients rarely complain. But I do have one patient who (unprompted) describes a Maddox rod effect though. Go figure. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sulcus tube in a DSEK eye. You might be tempted to worry that a tube tip near the central visual axis would affect visual acuity, but this is almost never the case in my experience. Go figure - it is just another example in glaucoma where logic isn’t necessarily going to help.

Just sat on hold for a “peer-to-peer” before talking with a family medicine doctor for a D1 athlete who has an ACL tear and likely meniscus tear who needs an MRI. it was denied because they want 4 weeks of PT. I asked what they would want for their family and… SILENCE
