Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh: Borsar village in Burhanpur, has introduced a rule imposing a ₹500 fine or one hour of community cleaning for using abusive language. The decision was taken by the Gram Panchayat through a unanimous resolution. Posters announcing the rule have been placed across the village.
