@Fena205 Although the powers at be wouldn't allow it, if horn Rem had just killed Subaru there wouldn't even be a relationship. She'd get the arc 1 Emilia treatment with Subaru jumping to confront the actual intruder, doing Rem's job for her. Sry just random rant lol

@Fena205 I dont even see people talking about when Emilia actually won the fight. It was when she set the terms for victory. She kinda solved the riddle by not reaching the heavenly sword, recognizing she couldn't win traditionally, proving she isnt the fool.

Normally telegraphing your attacks with sound can be a disadvantage, but we literally see her switch it up, making no battlecry when influencing the ice behind Reid. Showing tactical prowess if he became accustomed to her announcing her blows.
