Spencer Pratt is an elite. Fool blew his $10 million fortune on wine, crystals and partying. He’s a proven liar. Said he was living in a trailer when in fact, he staying in a $1500-a-night hotel in one of the richest parts of LA flanked by personal armed security. While it’s terrible that he lost his house in the fire, he didn’t have homeowners insurance and admitted he was house poor.
Thinking it’s a terrible idea to put a political novice who cannot manage his own personal finances in charge of a complex city with a $15 billion budget isn’t “sneering elitism” — it is called common sense.

As someone who has lived over a year in both LA and NYC now, NYC clears so insanely hard it’s not even funny
LA isn’t even really a city it’s just a katrillion highways and urban sprawl. Literally the only thing I miss is the Chargers.

I think America might need to do away with the tipping culture. It's out of control.
Charge more & pay folks appropriately for their services.

if you get a Tesla, you have more access to charging stations and typically they are cheap cheaper and the warranties to 120 K miles eight years I bought my 21 years two years ago around 20,000 miles and I’ve almost have 71,000 miles on it now I use the shit out of Tesla self drive $99 per month. The Mustang was having an issues, I think they got fixed though. Overall, if you drive over 50 miles charging does get annoying if you go back-and-forth, hundred mile each way and would have to recharge while I’m down there so that could annoying
