New @nridgeathletics football coach Luke Amstutz shares his goals for the Raider program. Yes, he wants to win. But that's not the only thing important to him.

When Luke Amstutz became East Noble athletic director, he had to give up coaching. He came to @NRRaiderFB because he missed coaching. So I had to ask…and his answer speaks to part of what makes Friday nights in the fall special.
