Whether that action should be replicated today is a separate legal and social question cuz Islamic law also takes into account readiness, welfare and the circumstances of local society

@Lando849003 @CivilPivot @GRNasake In 7th century Arabia they didn't have numerical rules for age regarding marriage they looked at maturity. Everyone thought it was ok. Even the opponents of the prophet criticised him on things but not on this one.

@Lando849003 @CivilPivot @GRNasake Lets get infallible and fallible out of this for a sec. In 2026 and 1400 years ago marriage is determined by mental and physical maturity now it is not 18. But you don't know that child marriages are still allowed in nearly all american states still.
