I share Melon’s sentiment deeply. As a European player I get why we’re neglected by Nintendo. Splatoon isn’t as big here as in Japan or the US, so our playerbase is smaller. But why can’t Nintendo host something like Gachi King at least once a year? It seemed like a huge success.

なぜ日本のトッププレイヤーたちが、欧米のトッププレイヤーたちと肩を並べて競い合うような大会がないのか、ずっと不思議に思っていました。例えば、各チームが日本人プレイヤー2人と欧米のプレイヤー2人で構成されるような形式なら、非常に魅力的ですし、両コミュニティの架け橋となるはずです。
