Hello @raileasy...........when you sell those split tickets, yr algorithm doesn't allow enough time to get from one end of a station to the other with a suitcase. Yr nerds may be able to do that in 5mins, ordinary folk , not so much. Missed a connection yesterday. Thanks.

@railandroad We think there is greater consumer harm in not being advised on train operator sites there could be cheaper split ticketing prices that won't be displayed.

@raileasy Ref 88C4GGT2. We are heading home as the remainder of our journey to PIT & back to EDI was cancelled AFTER we printed tickets & began traveling. I checked b4 before we left and it looked fine but obviously something changed & we received no notification. Please resolve.
