@JioCare 5 days no JioFiber. Fiber wire cut, technicians keep saying splice machine unavailable. Visits postponed repeatedly. SR closed once without fixing. Please escalate urgently and restore service. SR: 000035CFMZ

@JioCare This is the 4th day without JioFiber internet. Yesterday engineer visit was postponed citing technical issue, and today technician says repair cannot be done because splice machine is unavailable and it is Sunday. Why is there no proper escalation for a fiber cut issue?

@JioCare JioFiber wire cut hone ki wajah se 3 din se internet band hai. Multiple complaints aur calls ke baad bhi service restore nahi hui. Technician bol raha hai splice machine nahi hai. This is unacceptable. Please escalate urgently and share ETA. SR Number: 000035CFMZ
