@HDFC_Bank I bought a NivaBupa Health Policy from the Seawoods Branch(PIN 400706)as reco. & hv an SB ac there. Not happy with the services provided by NBupa, so canceled same within 30day free look period. They have deducted Rs 3465 as charges. Very Unhappy & suggest an inquiry.

@PadmeshNair Hope you are with NivaBupa. I recently bought Senior First policy. For query abt Dental cover - yr Tollfree no. is only IVR & no human support. Suggest a separate helpline no. for Senior Citizens (Bajajallianz provides) for better service for us. Cheers.Rajesh Batra

@Niva_Bupa Cannot reach anyone for Policy coverage details - Toll free is IVR only, nobody to talk to. Person who sold Policy does not pick-up calls. I am a Senior Citizen , policy no.34553480202400. Bajaj has a Contact No. for Senior Citizens , you should to for better service

@ICICIdirectcom I had invested Rs 30 lakhs with their VCF Real Estate Fund in 2013. Their declared expected return was 18%. Now in Dec 2023 fund was closed & return received was 10%. Really misleading or poor management of scheme. Very disappointed investor.

@Sharekhan I have invested Rs 1.5 lac in Investtiger The invested value shows Rs 1.39 lac. I have been trying to get a Ledger report from Vashi branch since Jan24. Requested RM but still not replied. Also as IT returns to be filed no report on Capgains etc. Be careful All people.

@tapansinghel Dear Sir, ref my post to you on 14th for return of medical documents as same repudiated. Received email on 14th to sign & fill an "Acknowledgement Form" even before receiving same. Today need ID proof. Are they delaying or plain harassment?Stressed Senior Citizen.

@tapansinghel Good Day, my mediclaim 12-8451-0000043787-05. Claim for Rs 104247/- on 27.02.23 repudiated due hospitalization of 23hrs 15 mins of wife Poonam R.Batra at Apollo Hospital,Navi Mumbai. If claim repudiated why Original docs not returned as now my property. Please help.

@tapansinghel Mr.Sonawane fm Phoenix Claims for Mediclaim physical verification. Came at 5pm & left at 6:45 pm. Form was exhaustive. I talked to his Supr.Dr.Sakina who was very rude & not ready to listen to my grievances. She said these are Bajaj requirements & that's final.

@fyers1 hi , your trading platform needs upgrade. Daily trades M2M not available in platform. Have to refer Contract Notes daily as prices not reflected on platform. Your service advisors unable to explain same. Now I do manual calculation EOD !!!!

@SuryodayBank Dear Mr. Baskar Babu,I am a Senior Citizen & have a SB account. For FY21-22,TDS was deducted at 27%?Now on 22July,2nos FD's matured & again excess TDS deducted !!.Only explanation is "error". Please relook at your back end team leadership critically.CID190091109.
