وقّعت هيئة رأس الخيمة للمواصلات اتفاقية تعاون مع شركة "أوبر" لإطلاق خدمات الحجز الذكي لمركبات الأجرة والليموزين عبر تطبيق أوبر في الإمارة. وتهدف هذه الشراكة إلى تعزيز منظومة النقل من خلال توفير خيارات تنقّل سهلة وموثوقة ومتاحة على مدار الساعة للسكان والزوار والسياح. وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن جهود الهيئة المستمرة لتبني الحلول المبتكرة التي تسهم في تطوير تجربة المتعاملين ودعم منظومة نقل ذكية ومستدامة في رأس الخيمة. Ras Al Khaimah Transport Authority (RAKTA) has signed an agreement with Uber to launch smart taxi and limousine booking services in the Emirate through the Uber app. The partnership aims to enhance the transport ecosystem by providing residents, visitors, and tourists with convenient, reliable, and digitally enabled mobility options available 24/7. عقدت الهيئة اجتماعاً تنسيقياً مع شركة غلايدوايز (Glydways)، برئاسة سعادة المهندس/ إسماعيل حسن البلوشي، مدير عام الهيئة، وبحضور السيد/ مارك سيغر، الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة، وذلك لبحث فرص التعاون واستكشاف تطبيق حلول تنقل ذكية في إمارة رأس الخيمة. وجرى خلال الاجتماع مناقشة تطوير منظومة النقل العام والاستفادة من التقنيات الحديثة لتعزيز كفاءة الخدمات، بما يدعم التوجه نحو مدن ذكية ومستدامة. كما تم بحث إمكانية تطبيق حلول مبتكرة تتناسب مع احتياجات الإمارة وتسهم في تطوير شبكة النقل وتعزيز تكاملها. ويأتي هذا الاجتماع في إطار حرص الهيئة على تبني أحدث حلول التنقل الذكي، بما يعزز جودة الحياة ويدعم مستقبل تنقل أكثر كفاءة واستدامة. RAKTA held a coordination meeting with Glydways, chaired by H.E. Eng. Esmaeel Hasan Al Blooshi, Director General of RAKTA, and attended by Mr. Mark Seeger, Chief Executive Officer of the company, to explore opportunities for collaboration and the potential implementation of smart mobility solutions in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. During the meeting, discussions focused on developing the public transport system and leveraging advanced technologies to enhance service efficiency, supporting the transition towards smart and sustainable cities. The meeting also explored the potential deployment of innovative solutions tailored to the Emirate’s needs, contributing to the development and integration of the transport network. أطلقت هيئة رأس الخيمة للمواصلات نظام معلومات الركاب اللحظية (RTPI)، بدءاً من محطة منار مول، حيث يوفّر النظام معلومات مباشرة حول مواعيد وصول الحافلات والمسارات والخدمات عبر شاشات ذكية تعمل بالطاقة الشمسية، بما يسهم في تحسين تخطيط الرحلات وتقليل وقت الانتظار وتعزيز تجربة التنقل بكفاءة واستدامة في إمارة رأس الخيمة. RAKTA has launched the Real-Time Passenger Information (RTPI) system, starting from Al Manar Mall Station, providing live updates on bus arrival times, routes, and service information through solar-powered smart displays.
