"I hate running" - starter pack. Grab a new pair of running shoes, some light fabrics and run a little slower and you will start to enjoy it.

3) Max Cushion - Puma Magmax = Stiff for the amount of cushion, meant for steady pace long efforts. - ASICS superblast = Best for longer workouts, can handle most paces and distances. Will feel energy return. - Brooks Glycerin Max = “Max cushion daily trainer”

The final easy cycle where you can turn $1,000 into $100,000. #Altcoins are going through the roof the upcoming year. Would you like me to write a longread on this particular topic of building a small portfolio?

Frustrating really as I fancied a couple at Warwick and one at Clonmel, but what can we do Anyway, thinking out loud about horses I am liking today for multis: Jasko Des Dames – 2.10 Naas – 11/10 – came 2nd to Lisnagar Forune last time out, who had recently came a very close 2nd to Readin Tommy Wrong (who beat Ile Atlantique, Lecky Watson, Firefox and An Tobar) so the form looks very good. Also in that race JDD was ahead of Mercurey (who won next time out and then came 4th at the festival). I think wins well today Aces Wild – 6.00 Wolverhampton – 11/10 – C&D regular who got his head in front last time out. Progressive I feel now (not exposed) and I think goes in again Surveyor – 2.20 Lingfield – 6/5 - he came 4th of 12 on debut at HQ in August and the form of that stacks up. 3rd has won since, then placed in a C1 and then came 2nd and 1st in Dubai. 2nd won next time out. 1st has placed in a G1 and G2 since. Next race in September, Surveyor came 2nd of 14. 1st in that race wasn’t too far back in a G2 next time out (half length behind Ylang Ylang) and 4th has won since. With any form of progression over the last 6 months you would expect him to win today. The issue is though, is that the trainer (Fanshawe) hasn’t had a winner in ages. Hickory being one, who let us down yesterday with a questionable performance. Maybe he needs a run. Charmly in this race has been smashed in to 5/1 from 20/1 too which is a bit scary too. Hmmm. May have to leave this one at the odds but still TBC Got Glory – 2.40 Naas – 7/4 –he got chucked in the deep-end in a G1 last April after winning in France and flopped. In calmer waters now and I’m interested to see how he gets on as his optimistic connections must want it to win after a year out. I think he probably does win... but a bit similar to Surveyor, I am less confident in comparison to the other 2. I will do each in a smaller win Trixie with JDD and Aces Wild So yeah, that’s my small win trixies wrapped up (the top 2 in both – with the next 2 split) On to others… Mahboob – 4.25 Lingfield –2/5 – no value but wins that race comfortably before going on to good things. Will put him with something. Maybe in doubles with the four above (instead of doing singles on them – so the odds are boosted by 40%) Landlordtothestars – 3.20 Lingield – 7/1 - a fair few people have messaged me about this horse and I fully agree why. He beat Cephalus in January who has gone on to win 4 on the bounce. He then came 2nd to Inverlochy next time out over todays C&D, who again has since gone on to win well and then 2nd up in class again. Form is reading well. The issue though is that this race has loads of potential winners in it. I have been told by 2 people that Dutch Kingdom is their NAP… and 1 person that their NAP is Cosmos Raj. I wont be going big but a small EW single (4 places) is the plan, and then can easily be involved in a small EW Trixie too with maybe Tipperary Moon (posted last night) and one more outsider… but I am not sure which Does anyone have a nice odds horse for me today that they are really confident on? Would love to complete the EW Trixie if possible. Then again, if there isn’t something I like then I may just leave it as I already have an EW single on Tipperary Moon (last night) and Landlordofthestars (this morning) and the odds on TM have gone completely (and it’s a roulette spin) so may just leave it now and stick to the EW singles that I already have on Anyone agree or disagree with any of my fancies? Anyone got a NAP / bet they are really confident that lands?
