No. Extremist voices should never become the narratives controlling our future. Don’t put your lives on hold because of a death cult called Hezbollah. Let them live their endless wars and misery, while we choose life, work, family, joy, and peace. As simple as that.

Fact: A Mediterranean diet is the best diet in the world.

It’s honestly impressive to see how Gen Z, and then Millennials, slowly replaced the party, alcohol, and smoking culture with healthy eating, exercise, therapy, and run clubs. What fueled that? I believe it’s social media that built the awareness & the hype.
