PR pros, what's the most effective way you've found to build lasting relationships with journalists?

@_oliviamorley My biggest pet peeve is for sure when I have a reporter asking me questions about my pitch, and after I answer all of them, they completely ghost me🙄.

@fbcommsagency Not really advice, but they kept repeating that “anyone can do marketing, it's just posting on Instagram after all” — I feel like I have to mention that this happened while working on a project, not at a “real” job

I love how everyone is using the "last of the year" for literally everything nowadays.

@ScottCampbellPR We got a bit of coverage in some nice media, but overall super slow. Very few responses and since last week, more and more OOO...definitely a slow month for us.
