The crypto market structure bill has PASSED the Senate Banking Committee with a bi-partisan vote! Historic day for crypto and for the future of digital assets in America. Grateful for the countless hours from lawmakers and staff to strengthen this legislation. Big improvement from where we were in January on rewards, tokenization, DeFi, and CFTC authority. I'm proud we stood up for our customers in that moment, and the bill is better because of it. Looking forward to a bipartisan law that cements the US as the world's crypto capital. Let's get CLARITY done.

After enough time in compression, it gets hard to even picture what a real bull move looks like anymore. That's the quiet trap of long sideways markets, by the time the setup actually arrives, you've been conditioned to disbelieve it. Every green candle feels like another fake out. Every breakout feels too good to be real. This is the exact picture for cryptos like ETH, ADA, and SUI. Some cycles last longer than others, but this is exactly how cycles flip. Slowly, then all at once. The difficult part is staying disciplined through the volatility that always comes with reversals, without talking yourself out of the move before it begins. It’s like a new wave is forming.

Crypto is not on 4 year calendar. I think the end-of-year bear callers will soon change their thesis publicly. At the very least they will begin openly saying that the idea of PMI’s impact on cycles could be plausible. People will soon realize that crypto is actually following the business cycle. Yes, Bitcoin hit ATH, but BTC hasn’t even had its actual bull market in an environment of economic expansion. Imagine that…. Watch PMI. Watch Russell. Watch Copper/Gold. I’ve talked extensively about this for months. Soon we’ll see.
