6 March | Vadodara | Ramdoot Restores Some moments are not merely events — they are turning points in time. @govardhanmath On the morning of 6th March, Vadodara Railway Station witnessed one such moment. As the train arrived, Paramapūjya Jagadguru Śaṅkarācārya of Govardhana Maṭha, Purī — Svāmī Niścalānanda Sarasvatī Jī Mahābhāga stepped onto the platform. What followed was not a routine reception, but a sight that revealed the living pulse of faith.

Ancient traditions will be revived. Sacred chants will echo again where silence once lived. And a temple that waited for centuries will finally awaken. What you see here is the opening chapter. The next three days… will be something history remembers.

And now, under the divine presence and blessings of Jagadguru Śaṅkarācārya, the temple prepares for its Prāṇa-Pratiṣṭhā — the sacred moment when the deity will once again be invoked to reside in the temple. But what happened on this day was only the beginning. Because the next three days are not just rituals or ceremonies. They are a sequence of sacred events so rare that very few in our lifetime have witnessed anything like it.

Know the Saint who stood fearlessly against Al-Qaeda‼️ and Naxal threats ‼️, who ensured that the Babri structure was never rebuilt near Rāma Janmabhūmi , and who now graces our Prāṇa Pratiṣṭhā Mahotsava . Jagadguru Śaṅkarācārya Śrī Nischalānanda Sarasvatī Mahābhāga. >A bāla brahmacārī by resolve, born into a lineage whose forefathers served as Rāj Paṇḍits of Darbhanga Naresh, Jagadguru Śrī Nischalānanda Sarasvatī Mahārāja chose the path of renunciation and resistance in defense of Dharma. • In 1966, he willingly went to Tihar Jail for 50 days for Gau-rakṣā, standing fearlessly for the sanctity of the cow. • In complete adherence to his Pūrvācāryas, he renounced the use of chhaḍī, chhatra, cāmara and other royal symbols, taking a vow to reclaim them only when cow protection is fully ensured across Bhārat. He refused to sign the trust proposed during the tenure of PM Narasimha Rao, which sought to build a mosque and a Ram temple side by side, declaring with clarity and conviction: “In Independent India, a mosque named after Bābar can never be built again.” • From Meerut, he gave the kāl-vijayī slogan “Jai Śrī Rām”, energizing the Rāma Janmabhūmi Andolan and awakening millions. • Through relentless spiritual work, he has re-established thousands back into the fold of Sanātana Dharma. • His decisive intervention prevented the conversion of nearly one million Hindus into Buddhism, an episode linked with the Dalai Lama’s movement. Because of his uncompromising stand for Dharma, he has faced grave dangers • His name has appeared on hit lists of extremist groups such as Al-Qaeda and Naxalites groups. • He has survived multiple assassination attempts—from bomb blasts, poisoned food mixed with glass, to deadly snake attacks. Yet, by the grace of Īśvara and the strength of Tapasyā, he stands firm today- guiding, protecting, and blessing society with his divine presence. He is not merely a spiritual leader, he is a living chapter of courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to Sanātana Dharma. We are truly blessed that Jagadguru Śaṅkarācārya Śrī Nischalānanda Sarasvatī Mahārāja will grace our Prāṇa Pratiṣṭhā Mahotsava, making this sacred occasion eternally memorable. What was broken by oppression is being rebuilt by faith. What was erased is being restored by devotion. This is not just reconstruction , this is civilizational revival. This is Dharma in action.
