If we don't sign Barcola (who's far from perfect himself) then the LW signing can't be mistaken for a current superstar. Get a 1v1 specialist prospect and let Rashford be a part of the title winning team till he's ready.

Cannot understate how perfect of a return Rashford would make in a purely sporting sense in the same role that he's shone in as a rotational LW/ST at Villa + Barcelona. He would have been perfect today either off the bench or starting.

Budget probably won’t allow it but if United are to get anywhere close to a title challenge they need an elite attacker. You need a prime Salah, Olise, Kvara, Yamal etc. Cunha, Mbeumo, Amad all great players in their own right but we need at least one attacker who’s a level above

I'm so convinced we can get both Anderson and Tchouameni, but we'd have to miss out on some brilliant talents.
Signing Anderson would rule out M Fernandes (too similar) and leave me wanting for someone aerially dominant.
