Mac McClung told us he was initially invited to be in the 2026 NBA Slam Dunk contest. He told the NBA he was interested. Then he was asked to not be in the contest. He said the details are vague, but he was told that some players said they might not compete if he were in it.

@RamsSteve @camdasilva I love him to be with us too given that our CB room is thin after we let go of Durant, McCreary, and some others. Forbes can be ok, but someone else elite as a CB3 who can take up the mantle because I still feel we’re toast when McDuffie and Watson are out.

The rest of the U.S. actively extends their hands for support for funds that come from CA taxpayers while ironically mocking their high taxes. And CA doesn't go after those that left. That's a fantasy for those who can't afford to stay.

Angels fans need to remember that Ohtani was SO FRUSTRATED with losing in Anaheim for SIX STRAIGHT YEARS that there are clauses in his Dodgers contract that allow him to opt out if two executives, who are both deeply committed to winning (Walter+Friedman), leave the organization.

@RamsSteve Unfortunately for those teams the best way for them to capitalize on their media rights is if MLB pools them & inventory is sold to various providers, like the NFL does it. But the Dodgers won't pool their rights until their deal with SportsNet is done. Need TV deals in interim.

Lol, this is nuts! Dodgers' TV revenue will equal the combined revenues of almost HALF the league's teams! 👀🤯 Hopefully, those team can get new TV deals that are better. That said, the Dodgers already share their TV revenue. Big difference is sponsorships & stadium revenues.
