Update: Vehicle returned after 5 days with confirmation that the issue is resolved.
However, the CarPlay issue still persists immediately after delivery (attached proof).
Issue continues despite multiple service attempts over 1 year.

XUV700 CarPlay has been unusable for 1 year (lag + frequent disconnects). Service team keeps closing without fixing root cause.
Premium car, but poor resolution experience. Kindly intervene.

Update: Vehicle picked up on 15/04 by Thoraipakkam team. After 48+ hours, no status, no diagnosis, no timeline.
Repeated follow-ups — no response.
This is not acceptable for a flagship product. Need immediate intervention.

My XUV700 (AX7 L) met with a minor accident on 14th Aug and was handed over to Trichy Service Center the same day. Insurance was cleared on 18th Aug, but even after a month, repairs bumper & minor parts are pending, disappointing for a proud Mahindra customer.
