The Pole Vault, High Jump, and Javelin for the Bergen Meet of Champions will be contested on Tuesday May 27 at Hackensack High School, starting at 3:30

Next weekend's State Group meet will now be at South Plainfield not at Delsea, please plan accordingly

Spring Track awards dinner will be Thursday May 29 at 7pm in the RHS cafeteria. If you haven't paid yet you can Venmo Mrs Steines or bring money to Catherine Larsen or Anna Steines
