How antibiotics impact the gut microbiome in transplant patients? 💊🦠 13 antibiotics were tested and found to associate with #microbiome, with broad-spectrum β-lactam antibiotics causing the most disruption. Important findings for antibiotic stewardship efforts #AMR🧬

aGvHD prediction is of great clinical value to save patients. We applied an #LSTM-based model implemented in #Tensorflow for taxonomic profiling ensembled with other methods and a transparent model (elastic net) for aGvHD prediction
