When a woman first decides to make herself as priority, stand up for her choices, it's often she needs to fight herself, deal with guilt of becoming selfish, then comes family. Society is last.

Just now I was seeing the data of Women in entertainment industry and sexual exploitation. Often it is not straight forward it is grooming innocent women in honey trap.
Such a disappointment for me. The wound keeps reopening for me and I just need extra healing work to feel safe

When I was ignorant I was constantly pulled everywhere.
Now when I am aware, I simply disappear shredding the accumulated energy.
For every six hours in crowd, room even social media, I will need extra sleep to process.
Walking & isolation helps for me.
