face yoga won't reduce your facial fat. supplements won't reduce your facial fat. jawline exercises won't reduce your facial fat. the only mechanism that reduces facial fat is a sustained caloric deficit. the body breaks down stored fat for fuel when it takes in less than it burns. that's the entire process. there is no shortcut inserted anywhere in that chain.
