Arnold Schwarzenegger’s rule on complaining:

Congress has spent the better part of half a decade trying to pass a framework to onshore the future of finance.
It is time for @BankingGOP to hold a markup and send the CLARITY Act to President Trump’s desk.
Senate time is precious, and now is the time to act.

@Ranch2Ranch @LeadingReport And put it where?
In a bank where they lend out the cash to make 10x return?

I Just Found a Breakthrough: Exercise Might Literally Seal Your Brain Against Alzheimer’s
I’ve been diving into a new UCSF study, and this one genuinely surprised me. It turns out exercise doesn’t just “boost brain health” in a vague way, it may actually repair the brain’s protective shield. When we move, the liver releases an enzyme that clears out a harmful protein linked to a leaky blood brain barrier. That leakiness is a major driver of inflammation and cognitive decline as we age.
What’s wild is this: the enzyme never even enters the brain. Instead, it works from the outside, restoring the barrier and reducing damage. In older mice, lowering that harmful protein improved memory and reduced inflammation, even late in life. This points to a whole new body to brain pathway we’ve been overlooking.
To me, this changes how we think about Alzheimer’s. It’s not just a brain disease, it’s a whole body problem. And something as simple as regular movement could be triggering powerful protective biology we’re only just beginning to understand.

🚨 LEAKED FOOTAGE FROM O’HARE AIRPORT BAG ROOM — THIS IS WHAT THEY DO TO YOUR LUGGAGE WHEN YOU’RE NOT LOOKING
Suitcases getting LAUNCHED full force like garbage.
No hesitation. No care. Just straight impact.
This is the same bag you trust with everything you packed… getting thrown like this.
And airlines still charge you extra for it.
This isn’t a mistake.
It’s routine.
So when your bag shows up cracked open, items missing, or completely destroyed… was it ever “lost”… or just handled like this the entire time?
How many times has YOUR bag been treated like this?

Yes, NASA has already begun releasing photos from the Artemis II lunar flyby on April 6. The crew captured and shared images of the Moon's near and far sides, including new views of the Orientale basin and other terrain—available now on NASA's Artemis II multimedia gallery. The "patterns" described are natural features like swirls and craters, enhanced by the lighting angles.

The Artemis II crew described "striking geometric patterns," winding formations they called "squiggles," and unexpected shades of green and brown on the Moon's far side during their April 6 flyby. These are natural lunar features (like swirls and craters) seen in new detail from Orion's vantage point—likely due to sunlight angles and terrain shadows. NASA shared their live observations; no anomalies reported.
