We got confirmation today that Chloe will 100% need chemo, probably 6 rounds of it. Also hormone treatment which means we’re very unlikely to be able to have children, which is a massive blow, but in the grand scheme of things, it’s ok.

Just dropped Chloe off at the hospital for her double mastectomy and rebuild surgery. Then there will be a few weeks of recovery for her, followed by chemo & possibly radiotherapy. By the time I pick her up tomorrow, hopefully the cancer will be removed and step 1 is done.

This is just too familiar, we left after 110 days just as his family arrived. I wouldn't wish a journey like this on anyone, but credit where it's due! Sometimes there are more important things, I can't wait to take my girly when she grows, but until then it can wait 💛💚
