VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with @Fidomobile , I tried to raise my Concern regarding bill dispute from past 2 months, I was promised that i will not be charged if I cancelled my account with in given time period, Not able to schedule a call for customer serivce. NEVER USE FIDO in future
@Fidomobile I have tried that too, they are saying that I am not registered and your Fido customer autovoice said they have troble to schedule my call back, Trying to fix my issue from past 3 months. @Fidomobile
@Fidomobile Cx service promised me if I cancelled my plan with in given time, fido will not bill me, but I am billed. Not able to arrange a call back, please view past notes acc no - 505625497, please listen the call recording @Fidomobile
