A proposed $256 million Navy SEAL Museum could be built on San Diego Bay at the old Navy property near Lane Field Park. The four-story, 85,000-square-foot project would go before the Port of San Diego’s Board of Port Commissioners later this month for a decision on whether it can move forward. Developers say the museum would create a major waterfront destination focused on the history and legacy of the Navy SEALs.

I believe I found the proposed "Carroll" crater on one of my old lunar composites. Due to libration, some times the crater is in view, sometimes it is not. It is indeed a bright spot on the moon.
