The right lane of Rt 10 W is closed near the border of Roxbury due to a phone pole being downed from a car crash. The entrance to Townline Plaza is also blocked. JCP&L & Verizon are on scene with an estimated completion time of 8pm. Plan an alt. route for the evening rush hour.
