Anyone have any suggestions for an ISP? I'm with cool ideas at the moment but for the last 2 years they cannot solve our problem of poor Internet despite a new router. Based in Robindale and am on @vumatel so really not too sure what more to do. Recommendations pls

@Vitality_SA I've been trying for 2 days to speak to someone about your rewards tracking & sleep tracking. I tried WhatsApp & every time I stop receiving messages & have to start again to speak to an agent. Now I tried to call & was listening to hold music for 20min.
