Regardless of the final tally in Tamilnadu, It goes without saying that Congress needs to overhaul our decision making or perish. Every organisation runs on people and people operate on incentives. If incentives are not aligned, the organisation will not move forward, succumbing to the push and pull of conflicting motivations. It is time for @RahulGandhi to listen to younger and/or more grounded voices and lead decision making instead of allowing others to decide our fate. None of us came to the party to be led by anybody other than him. He has to take charge now before there is nothing left to take charge of.
