Then those synthetic brains will need a virtual environment where they will experience life in a simulation. Also a reward system to learn and to be proactive to this learning. Then they'll interact with each other, develop systems, make social constructs, religions, wars, hierarchies, technology, and AI, then they'll be short on computing power, so they'll make synthetic brains. Worst part, they'd think it's the first time.
