@sjlyons50 I know I've never worked for a company, so I don't have that kind of experience on my CV. I've got years of experience and knowledge from my studies and 3D printing. I think that kind of experience would still count for a 3D sculptor position in the toys and collectibles field.

@sjlyons50 Thank you, Steve. Yeah, it sucks. Honestly, this might be one of the standard rejection emails they send, but I guess I will never know. It could also most probably be due to the location. The posting said it was on-site, and I was hoping they'd consider remote.
