A minor tweak to bowl selections here. If there aren't enough bowl-eligible teams, conferences can choose among their 5-7 teams to fill a spot, rather than it falling to all 5-7 teams in order of APR. Still needs final approval.

NCAA adopts proposal to permit conferences to choose from their 5-7 teams to fulfill their bowl slots as long as the teams have achieved at least a 930 APR. DI Cabinet must review and adopt.

@DanWetzel They’ve made it pretty clear they don’t care what we want.

So many first round upsets out of 11 and 12 seeds since 1985 (.372 and .354 win percentage respectively). It's what makes March Madness great. Now, rather than have a few days to practice, prepare and game plan, they get extra travel and an extra game. The 5 and 6 seeds get to rest and wait.
