Do these large companies think they can get away with treating their customers so poorly? @TheRangeUK and their customer service process has been frustrating as hell! I ordered a desk on the 2nd February - not received no refund! Will spend all day today chasing them again! 🙄🤬

@TheRangeUK It's been two weeks (30th March) since I ordered my paint next day delivery and contacted you on the 2nd April for a refund and I was informed I'd get a refund in three working days. It's been two weeks and you're not answering your emails. Please advise.

@TheRangeUK I have been trying to arrange a return since last week but I cannot get through to anyone in your customer service team to approve it and the time frame to return is due to end - this is ridiculous!
