Absolutely distraught that I put so much work into my model only for the texture atlas to lower the resolution. (Solution would be to pay for Live2D but it’s expensive😭).

Question for those who use toyhouse; I sometimes see people make alternate designs of existing characters from franchises. (Mainly lots of pokemon as different types or funny new forms) How does selling those work? And why do people buy them?

@RaniVerse_VT I am intrigued! I saw an artist selling a idog-like variant of a pokemon today that did use the name in the title and wasn't sure how that was possible without getting smacked

@DayumDahlia If you liked that character enough and want more ‘merch’ or just art of them that’s where it comes from!! I have a few that are just Pinki Pie variants!

@DayumDahlia So, they are called ‘kinsonas’ you have to be careful not to put the actual characters name and not put the word ‘kinsona’ anywhere otherwise the website will consider it character theft. I used to be in a mlp server and people would make ponies of popular characters, and-
