i have a lot of questions pertaining lands in awka.
is it relatively cheap as compared to land in nnewi(asking cause i am only aware of prices of lands in nnewi as it’s my hometown)
does awka have enough lands for farming or just for other activities like building erection, small factories and all.
lastly, what’s the price like in busy and non busy areas, is it similar to that of Lagos or much more affordable.
