We have all heard her stories about how her Dadaji was against her modelling & would get angry when people would come home, asking for pics with her. From there to now feeling proud of her, sitting with her fans to listen about her, trusting her most in the family… she has come a long way. And it’s all because if her hardwork. She is proud of #IkkKudi as she should be. Even we are proud of Ikk Kudi. It’s a beautiful film, strongly headlined by #ShehnaazGill. A movie where she proved that she call pull off a light hearted role as well as serious emotions as well. And I am sure #Ishqnama will serve us even more. As for people who have still not seen Ikk Kudi, it’s available on Chaupal app. Do give it a shot. You will not regret it…

So Bagga was right when she said, #ShehnaazGill ki company Sahi nahi hai. Shehnaaz herself acknowledges that. And I guess we all know who it was because the change in quality of projects as soon as that person disassociated from her life is pretty evident

There are ‘glass half empty’ & ‘glass half full’ kind of people. #ShehnaazGill falls in the latter category. Not feeling dejected or finding excuses behind not clearing an audition. But self introspecting on what can be done better next time. Accepting that this time there was someone better than her. Learning from the process, & growing through it. That’s why we see the difference in her journey of 6 years…✨

Quality over quantity & exactly how it should be. I will rather have her in an impactful role in punjabi industry like #IkkKudi or #Ishqnama, rather than a blink & a miss flowerpot role in Hindi. I want to see her in quality projects & not cry about Hindi movies because that’s not the entire world. It will happen when it happens. And that links it back to the interviewer’s next question as well. Relevance. We have seen it enough that reality TV finds stop being relevant despite being seen everywhere, or rather because they are seen everywhere. #ShehnaazGill is still relevant because the kind of projects she is choosing. Whether movies, MVs, songs or brand endorsements. And that’s a conscious choice
