@Abhi179_ @Tyagi__Ishan Forget about giving, they are slowly diverting investments from Haryana to other states. Nothing happens in Haryana now. They ruined a states which was first in per capita income now fallen behind TG, KN, TN. Soon GJ and MH will also overtake. State gov is complicit in it.

Haryana missing from the Union Budget once again... Just like the past 12 years, Haryana has been left empty-handed in the Union Budget yet again. Despite Haryana contributing the highest GST collection and toll tax revenue to the country, its share in the budget remains zero!

@theanonlurker Bengaluru is probably the biggest lost opportunity for India. Office space leasing is amongst highest in world but nothing to show for it. In comparison, Hyderabad has done a much better job in channelising the office space absorption.

The construction boom in Ahmedabad in the last decade has been unreal. Unlike other indian cities (except NCR satellite towns), highrises here are going up in a systematic manner. Notice the midrise sprawl in the background. 1000s of G+12 flats.

@Tyagi__Ishan Gurgaon actually follows a proper masterplan and except for old gurgaon, it has wide enough roads. But Gurgaon needs a massive drainage project throughout the city. Lack of proper drainage also damages other infrastructure during monsoon.

@AvisharDutta @notarandomun But yes new industrial investments are lacking, it seems entire state has shifted to real estate investments amid skyrocketing land prices even in rural areas.

@AvisharDutta @notarandomun In Haryana, It is largely due to BJP gov. Nothing against BJP but atleast in Haryana, they have been disaster. Haryana is still among top when it comes to consumption parameters. Car sales in Haryana are on par with Karnataka and more than TN despite being much smaller.

This is the most intense set up which brings nothing but #floods • Monsoon axis in center, WD on top, moist easterlies from bay of bengal, moist SW winds from arabian sea interacting over #Delhi NCR, #Haryana and #Punjab • Heavy to very heavy rains will continue in #Delhi NCR #Haryana #Chandigarh western #UttarPradesh #Uttarakhand #HimachalPradesh this evening into tomorrow's night. • Tonight into tomorrow afternoon is very critical for #Punjab as another 150-300mm rainfall event will unfold. Stay safe and updated! #Punjabfloods #DelhiRains #PunjabRains

Remarks: 1) Gujarat and Maharashtra continue to lead the Race in India's Exports, Yet Another Economic Front where the Brotherly Giants Duo Just Rule with their Sheer Strength! 2) Gujarat shows a consistent decline in Exports comparatively every successive year. 3) Maharashtra's Exports are range bound and need to increase further to at least double of current value! 4) Telangana and Tamil Nadu show a Superb Double Digit Growth in Exports. Tamil Nadu is due to Electronic Exports Boom! 5) Uttar Pradesh displaces Andhra Pradesh as Top 5 Exporter State and makes a comeback mostly owing to Electronic Exports from Samsung and other phone companies 5) Odisha secures its place in the Top 10 Export States again but loses its spot to West Bengal which is rising again in Exports! 6) Glad that Madhya Pradesh has entered the Top 10 States in Exports. Sad for Rajasthan as it ousted from the List by neighbour Madhya Pradesh

@InfrageoHaryana After AIIMS, IIT also going to border area with Rajasthan. Can’t they just open in middle of Haryana rather than benefitting other states. Those states have their own IIT’s.

🟥Village Sarpanch says 300 acres can easily be allocated without land fragmentation as the village has 400 acres on one side. ➡️Near RJ & PB borders — students from 3 states may benefit. Connectivity: ✅ Bhakra Canal tributary nearby ✅ NH-23 just 2.5 km away

🚨 Sirsa may get first IIT in #Haryana. ➡️DC office has written to Midhi Surera village panchayat, seeking details of ~300 acres of vacant land. ➡️DC Lalit Siwach confirmed govt has sent a communication on setting up an IIT. ➡️Proposal now awaited from the village.

@NoidaUpdatesX @IndianREI Do you think Gurgaon authorities are any different? The city attract investments only due to firms like DLF which build quality office space. We don’t have politicians like TRB Rajaa or KTR in north.

@IndianREI Yep, that's the point They are getting lot lot of revenues from stamp, sale of land , lease rent - why to care about other growth, let people buy flats and travel to gurgaon everyday ,and keep low level electronics and apparel jobs here

Ministers have no idea about tech, babus of IT department have left Noida on auto-pilot mode, Noida authorities are running for real estate growth Biggest tech park was candor unitech that was alloted before 2010, now houses corporations but nothing major after that That's how we are left far behind in even GCC growth, can't even build own cybercity hub

Manyata Tech Park in Bengaluru is over 300 acres. Noida’s biggest tech campus? Not even 60 acres. Authorities sitting on land banks like dragons on gold, yet dreaming no bigger than a shopping complex. Mediocrity: now available in plot sizes to. #Noida @NoidaUpdatesX RT

@jaganmsna Yes, a lot of it is cars. North of NCR/Punjab in that entire area, the highways have a much higher proportion of personal cars than other places. I think this area has one of the highest proportion of 4-lane roads as % of NH network.

@RishiJoeSanu @mxtaverse No, Most of the districts in Haryana have high per capita income. More cars were sold in Haryana than TN and equal to Karnataka last year. These poverty numbers are bullshit and based on self declared income which is not verified. Also Haryana has its own poverty line.

@SeAmbala @HarmandeepsVirk @HaryanaPwd @XENPD1KKR This is the situation with every road. I also complained about Shahabad-Barara road but no action is taken. It seems there is no audit of construction quality. The roads don’t last few days after construction. It is so frustrating for citizens to deal with it in daily life.
