Tahun 2019, Andi Hakim Febriansyah, Kepala Kas BNI Unit Aek Nabara, datang ke pengurus CU. Dia tawarkan “BNI Deposito Investment” dengan bunga 8% per tahun. Lebih tinggi dari deposito biasa. Karena dia datang pakai seragam BNI, ID card resmi, dan mobil pick-up service bank, pengurus percaya. Tujuh tahun berjalan lancar. Bunga masuk tiap bulan. Nggak ada masalah. Sampai Desember 2025 semuanya runtuh. CU minta cair Rp10 miliar bertahap untuk pinjaman anggota. Januari dan Februari 2026 tidak cair-cair. Andi minta semua bilyet deposito “untuk pembaruan”. Suster Natalia serahkan semuanya karena masih percaya. Beberapa hari kemudian, kepala kas baru datang dan bilang “Andi Hakim Febriansyah sudah bukan pegawai BNI lagi. Produk itu bukan produk BNI.” Suster Natalia pingsan. Bilyet deposito yang dipegang Andi dibakar. Sengaja. Supaya nggak ada bukti. Untung ada satu bilyet yang tersimpan di tangan pastor lain. Andi kabur ke luar negeri lewat Bali ke Australia lalu ke New Zealand. Sambil kabur dia masih angkat telepon Suster Natalia dan bilang “aman, Suster.” Akhirnya dia ditangkap setelah red notice Interpol. Uangnya dipakai buat beli sport center, kafe, mini zoo, tanah, dan berbagai aset lain yang sekarang sedang dilacak. Yang paling sakit, BNI cuma mau tanggung jawab Rp7 miliar dari Rp28 miliar lebih. Dan mereka transfer secara sepihak tanpa persetujuan penuh dari CU. Enam kali mediasi, satu kali aksi damai, tapi belum ada satu pun pejabat BNI yang mengucapkan kata “maaf” atau “kami prihatin”. Suster Natalia yang nggak punya harta pribadi malah pinjam uang ke sana-sini buat bayar tagihan rumah sakit umatnya yang butuh berobat. Dia bilang: “Saya nggak bisa biarkan umat meninggal di rumah sakit.” Ini bukan cuma kasus oknum. Ini uang umat kecil yang menabung perak demi perak selama puluhan tahun, raib karena seorang kepala kas BNI yang beroperasi pakai nama, seragam, dan fasilitas bank negara selama 7 tahun.
