@Uber_Support Yall stay safe out there. Even with security footage of from my delivery location “my job” they refuse to do anything about this situation
@Uber_Support so tell me how my package was stolen and yall are only refunding me $2 of the $12 i paid for the delivery service? How does that make sense? Yall need to do some better background checks on these drivers. I know I’m not the only one this happened to.
@rapterion Thank you for reaching out to us. For us to be able to assist you further, could you please DM us the email address and phone number linked to your account along with the order details? Looking forward to your response.
Hey @elonmusk I’m in Florida, standing in front of the exact @Tesla I ordered. Ready to buy. But Tesla won’t sell it to me because I’m registering in NJ. I’m even willing to drive it home. Why make it this hard for customers who are trying to give you money?
Now Imagine this: I’m in Florida, @Tesla has the exact car I ordered sitting here, and I’m ready to buy but they won’t sell it to me because I’m registering in New Jersey. I’m willing to drive it home. Tesla’s system makes buying a car harder than it needs to be.
@Tesla refuses to make any accommodations to help customers. I’m standing in front of the exact car I ordered, ready to take delivery but because of a minor wheel difference, they’d rather let me walk than help me buy. This is how you lose loyal first-time buyers.

Now since having cancelled the first order I lost the 1.99% that you are offering. Yes I qualify for it hence having it the first time around. Please address this issue. And make it so referral links and codes can be applied retroactively to avoid future issues. Thanks for coming
@elonmusk get your @Tesla employees. Had a Juniper Model Y ordered had everything set up and ready at the 1.99% but forgot to use my brothers referral link. Was told I couldn’t retroactively use it and that I had to cancel and re order the vehicle again.
P.S. This was going to be my first @Tesla purchase, but the experience is leaving a bitter taste. If my order gets canceled over something as minor as a wheel swap, I doubt I’ll consider buying another especially after this level of customer service.
@Tesla I ordered a Model Y on June 3rd with a 2–4 week delivery estimate. Now I'm being told I can’t get my build before the promo ends—just because you won’t swap 19" wheels for 20". Really? You’re about to lose a sale over a wheel change?
