@cryptoady No loss setoff plus 1% TDS will force a lot of traders to stop day trading or to move to international exchanges & dex. This will result in liquidity crises on Indian exchanges plus lower trading fee collection hence lower GST revenue for the GOI. #reducecryptotax

The Finance Bill 2022 passed in Lok Sabha with new crypto tax rules. ▫️ 30% Flat tax on every profit. ▫️ 1% TDS on every trade/transaction (July Onwards) ▫️ No Deductions. ▫️ No Loss setoff.
