Nice but wearing sarees in Kashmir is impractical. Kashmiris have their own clothing which fits the aesthetic of the region a lot better. Pherans, or the longer skirt-like Pherans (?) that KP women wear, are much better-suited to promote Kashmir and its culture.

Even if you have no farmland or no produce to look forward to, you still shouldn't wish for a "Boami-ladd" weather.

People, who happen to own farmlands of some sort, and that's most Kashmir folks, RELATE weather with their crops & produce more than they do with comfort.
The ones living in the city or growing no crops, would rather there's spring chill throughout the year.
